Bark briquettes are the so-called ember-holders among wood briquettes. They are made exclusively from pure tree bark! The production process: The tree trunks are peeled, the bark is washed, ground, dried, and pressed. This is how these very special briquettes with distinctive properties are created. Once you've tried them, you won't want to be without them. With a burning time of 8-10 hours, there are no comparable products with similar properties.

Our usage tip:  Don't use the bark briquettes exclusively for heating. Light a fire as usual with firewood and wood briquettes. After the actual heating process, place the RUF bark briquettes on the bed of embers. Use them very sparingly. Only 1-2 are really enough. Let the RUF briquettes light up and then reduce the air supply so that the RUF bark briquettes can slowly glow. If you want to continue heating, simply scrape away the ash a little, add new wood briquettes or firewood, and turn the air supply back on.

We cannot recommend bark briquettes for special stoves with automatic fans (e.g. carburettor).
